Convergenet Holdings (“ConvergeNet”) listed on the JSE

This transaction related to the successful restructuring of Vestor Investments limited (Ex Vesta) on the main board of the JSE and the change of name to Convergenet Holdings.

Convergenet Holdings was named as the best performer on the JSE during 2007 with the best share return of all listed Companies during 2007. Due to the ICCAH transaction and to avoid conflict of interest Eagle only remains as a secondary advisor to ConvergeNet.
