Colin Human

Consultant

Colin is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive business experience. He has occupied various senior management positions in both public and private Companies.
He is currently Chairman and Director of a number of listed and private Companies. He is also Managing Director of GoalFix (Pty) Ltd, a financial management consultancy, which operates in all aspects of corporate finance, and specifically in the arena of corporate performance improvement, financial health assessments, and building of complex financial models.
Colin also lectures internationally in “Advanced Excel Techniques”, “Advanced Corporate Financial Modelling” and “Excel Project Modelling” on behalf of various international training Companies and is a Director of various Companies.

Martin Deon van Rooyen (Deon)

Executive Director, Corporate Investments

 

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Deon served as an auditor and as a member of the PWC audit-, corporate finance and management consulting team for a further ten years.
He then joined a leading International commercial group with substantial interests in several listed and private Companies as a member of their specialized turnaround team. Three years later, Deon decided to form his own consulting practice and is also Managing Director of Marcape (Pty) Ltd.
His passion for the renewed South Africa, directly led to an involvement in various black empowerment groups in South Africa with local and African links. Deon is also a director of various Companies in South Africa and also a member of the Institute of Directors.

Frederick Morrison

Executive Director, Information & Communication Technology

Frederick completed a Degree in Computer Science at the North West University in 1988 as well as an MBA at Ashington UK (e-Commerce).
With his extensive knowledge in the Industry of Information and Communications, he founded Client Server Specialist Group (Proprietary) Limited in February 1994, which was later renamed Vesta Technologies (Proprietary) Limited and listed it on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1998. He bought the Company back and to date is still the Managing Director and controlling shareholder of Vesta. Frederick is also a Director of various Companies.

Johannes Marthinus Mostert (Johan)

Executive Director

Johan, a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds a B.Comm (Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch and a Higher Diploma in Taxation from the University of Johannesburg as well as certificates from various other taxation and banking related courses completed in South Africa and in Europe.
He completed his articles at Arthur Andersen and moved to KPMG following the Andersen / KPMG merger in South Africa.
Prior to joining the Eagle Group of Companies as a Director and accepting the position as Chief Financial Officer at the Industrial Credit Company Africa Holdings Limited (“ICCAH”) he spent 5½ years with the Barclays Banking Group of which the last 2½ years was as Chief Financial Officer of the Absa Group’s operations in the rest of Africa.
Johan is also a Director of various Companies.
